Our teachers are dedicated early childhood professionals and devoted to Narrows. They have many little fans that in the school, and make a great team!
Hi! My name is Judy Manza, and I am privileged to teach both the Twos class and the Music Fun class at Narrows. My husband Pat and I have been part of Narrows since the fall of 1987, when our oldest daughter started out in the twos. All six of our children are Narrows grads and we count many former Narrows parents as close friends. We really value the community spirit of the co-op! I am a California native, a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, and an Army veteran (my service at Fort Lewis being what brought me to the northwest). For 29 years, I have been married to my husband Pat, who is a native Tacoman. When I am not teaching, I like to hike, read, camp, play clarinet in the Pierce College Community band, and volunteer both in the community and at my youngest son’s school.
Hi! My name is Jessica, and I have been the teacher for the Threes and Pre-K classes here at Narrows Co-op Preschool since 2007. I have been married to my best friend, Kevin, for 18 years and we have two wonderful children, Steven and Madelyn. Both my kids and I took part in a Co-op Preschool here in Puyallup from the time they were 2-5 years of age. I am still close friends years later with many of the parents from my kids’ preschool days. I am originally a California girl, but have been in Washington state since 1984. Prior to coming to Narrows I worked 13 years in the legal field as a receptionist and legal assistant. When not hanging out with all my awesome 3s and Pre-K kiddos, I enjoy reading, photography, knit looming, camping and volunteering at my church with the elementary program.
